Dock to Dock
The Double Deck trailer for warehouse-to-warehouse transport.
A hydraulic floor and a new adaptive steering system, built around the loading dock instead of the other way around.
The trailer
Built around your warehouse operation.
The trailer architecture is designed to connect efficiently with loading docks, warehouse processes, QHES standards and operational requirements. It maximises usable cargo space and supports road, rail and short-sea transport. The integrated Inner Lift System enables use in EcoCombi and Super EcoCombi configurations, while the new Smart Steering System improves manoeuvrability, stability and efficiency.
How it loads
Efficient loading and unloading from dock to dock.
The hydraulically adjustable floor aligns directly with the warehouse dock and moves cargo between the trailer’s different loading levels. Its hydraulic components are integrated into the walls, preserving the full usable loading width. Together with the short rear lift, the system enables straight-through movements, fewer lift cycles and a controlled process for efficiently loading and unloading up to 52 Euro pallets.
- 18 Loaded directly onto the belly floor at dock height
- 28 Transferred to the upper deck by the rear lift, in short movements
- 6 Straight onto the rear floor section, with no lift movement
- 52 Euro pallets in one trailer, or 40 UK pallets
In short
Main features.
52 Euro pallets or 40 UK pallets
Proven high-volume FTL capacity, for loads of 140 to 180 cm.
Built around logistics processes
QHES, compliance, efficient docking, warehouse integration.
18 + 28 + 6 = 52
Belly floor, rear lift, then straight in at dock height.
Hydraulics inside the trailer walls
Nothing eats into the usable cargo width.
33-pallet network optimiser
Room for return loads, so fewer kilometres run empty.
Road, rail and short-sea
Designed for different transport operations and networks.
EcoCombi and Super EcoCombi
Through the integrated Inner Lift System.
Adaptive electronic-hydraulic steering
Half a ton lighter, flatter fifth wheel, less tyre wear.
